WHOLE BEEF SHARE

With a whole cow share, you will recieve approximately 450-500 pounds of organic beef. It will be approximately 200 pounds of ground beef, and the other 220-250 pounds are in cuts like steaks, roasts, ribs, brisket, tenderloin, etc. On average, we’ve found that a whole is great for families of three or more that eat beef with four or more meals a week. With purchases of whole beef animals, customers can have it custom cut and we will provide you with the cut list (i.e. cut sheet) in advance. Dont worry, if this is your first time buying we will walk you through the whole process. Purchasing a whole beef share is the best value, and saves you thousands from your yearly grocery costs. How does it work?
Deposit of $1,600 locks you in for your FREE CHEST FREEZER and whole cow share.
 We then prepare your whole cow for processing which takes 3-5 months. As we get closer to our processing date, we will schedulae a time to go over what specific cuts you would like and deliver your beef straight to your door!
 
What is "hanging weight?"
A cow's hanging weight is the weight of the animal after it has been slaughtered and processed, but before it has been cut into steaks and other cuts. This includes all parts of the animal that you would like to keep at no extra cost.
 
This is a transparent operation, meaning you may physically see your cow at anytime during this process. We believe you,the client, should know exactly what your food is consuming before you bring it home to your familes!

We do NOT charge extra for bones, hide, or any other part of your cow. Let us know what you would like to keep and we will include it at the time of delivery.
