QUARTER BEEF SHARE

Great for first time buyers!
With a quarter cow share, you will recieve approximately 125-150 pounds of organic beef. It will be roughly 50 pounds of ground beef, and the other 60-75 pounds are in cuts like steaks, roasts, ribs, brisket, tenderloin, etc. On average, we’ve found that a quarter is great for small size famiies that eat beef with four or more meals a week. With purchases of quarter beef animals, customers can have it custom cut and we will provide you with the cut list (i.e. cut sheet) in advance.
 
Dont worry, if this is your first time buying we will walk you through the whole process. Purchasing a quarter beef share is the best value, and saves you thousands from your yearly grocery costs. Its alot beef!
 
How does it work?
Deposit of $500 locks you in for your quarter cow share.
 We then prepare your whole cow for processing which takes 3-5 months. As we get closer to our processing date, we will schedulae a time to go over what specific cuts you would like and deliver your beef straight to your door!
